Review and recommendation of a Dining Out NYC application for Jin Jin Hong Kong Café, 6224 18th Avenue.  The applicant has an existing enclosed sidewalk café approved by the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Department of City Planning, that has been in existence since 2011. There are no significant changes under the new program.
