(“the Applicant”). The proposed zoning map amendment would rezone an area from R5/C2-2 to C4-4D. The Proposed Actions would affect the eastern portion of Block 6225\, Lots 11\, 12\, 13\, 14\, 17\, 21\, 22\, 23\, 24\, 25\, 28 and a portion of Lot 8 (the “Project Area”). \nThe Proposed Actions would facilitate a new 11-story building at 7502 New Utrecht Avenue\, Block 6225\, Lot 17 (the “Development Site”) that would include 51 dwelling units and rise to a maximum height of 127 feet.
